Mercedes work just got a lot easier for KORHEX owners. Flex release 8.17.0.0 enables Boot Glitch mode for the Mercedes Bosch MD1CP001 and MG1CP002, both built on SPC5777 processors, using KORHEX and its EMFI (Electromagnetic Fault Injection) technology.
Leave the board alone
This method makes reaching the unit far simpler. You don't solder on the circuit board and you don't remove components, which means fewer steps and more independence in your shop.
Position KORHEX, follow the guided procedure in Flex, and you're into the SPC5777 microprocessor.
License requirements
These operations require either the FLS0.20 license or the Flex Full FLS0.5 configuration.
