The KESS3 OBD Bench Activation BUNDLE gives you two practical ways to access supported car and light commercial vehicle ECUs. Use OBD through the vehicle’s diagnostic port, or choose Bench-Boot when the job calls for direct access to an ECU removed from the vehicle.

Having both connection methods available makes it easier to adapt your setup to the vehicle and the task. You can work through the diagnostic port when suitable, then switch to bench access when direct ECU connection is needed—all with a single bundle for your KESS3.

This activation covers protocols in the Car - LCV group. Vehicle coverage depends on the supported protocols, so check the applicable list before purchasing. Other protocol groups are not included and require separate activation.
