The tune was written by Viezu's technical team, who have produced more than 300,000 tunes over the last 15-plus years.
It has been tested on the road and on our highly advanced 3,000 horsepower four-wheel-drive dyno at our head office and workshop.
Our MK8 Golf R tune is installed through the OBD port and can easily be reversed to standard whenever you need, at no charge.
On an otherwise stock car, our MK8 Golf R ECU tune delivers around 80 hp more and a big 80 Nm (59 lb-ft) of extra torque. All our remaps are designed to be smooth, progressive, reliable and safe.

With our Stage 1+ package of ECU tune, cold air intake and uprated intercooler, our development car made a seriously impressive 405 horsepower and 500 Nm (about 369 lb-ft) of torque, strong numbers for a modern 2.0-liter four-cylinder.
