MAP MY CAR LLC is a US-based limited liability company operating as Viezu USA. We are a reseller and distributor of ECU tuning tools, software licenses, tuning files, file service credits, and training courses.

We collect two categories of information: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

5.1 Payment Processors

Payment data is transmitted to and processed by our payment partners, including PayPal, Affirm, Acima, and card payment processors. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are contractually required to protect your data.

5.2 Shipping Carriers

For physical orders, your name and delivery address are shared with shipping carriers to fulfill delivery.

5.3 Viezu Technologies Ltd (UK Parent Company)

Certain file services available through viezu-files.com are provided in conjunction with Viezu Technologies Ltd, our UK-based parent company. To fulfill these services, we may transfer relevant order and account information — including your name, email address, vehicle information, and tuning files — to Viezu Technologies Ltd.

Cross-border data transfer notice: Viezu Technologies Ltd is located in the United Kingdom. Transfers of your personal data to the UK are made under appropriate data transfer mechanisms. The UK has been designated as having an adequate level of data protection by applicable authorities, but you should be aware that your data will be subject to UK data protection law in addition to US law.

5.4 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Sites and services, including hosting providers, email delivery services, customer support platforms, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than performing services for us.

5.5 Legal Requirements

  • Vehicle and tuning data submitted for file services: as long as needed to deliver the service and for our records, after which it is archived or deleted
  • Customer support communications: 3 years

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.

Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and vehicle configuration data collected for tuning services are used solely for the purpose of delivering those services and are not used for any secondary purpose, profiling, or sale.


11. Children's Privacy

Our Sites and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information promptly.
