Alientech Kess3 Subscription Renewal

A note on pricing — no surprises, ever.

When you add a KESS3 subscription renewal to your cart, the checkout total will show $0. That's intentional.

At checkout, you'll enter your KESS3 serial number. Our team will then confirm the exact renewal cost for your specific tool and reach out within 1 business day — before any payment is processed.

Why? Alientech occasionally charges realignment fees for tools that have been out of subscription for an extended period, and pricing can vary depending on how long the subscription has been lapsed. Rather than bill you upfront and sort it out after, we verify your serial number first so you know exactly what to expect.

No charges until you've confirmed and approved the total. That's how we prefer to do business.

KESS3 Subscription Renewal — 6 or 12 Months

The Alientech KESS3 requires an active subscription to access updates, support, and online services. Renewals are available in 6-month or 12-month terms. Without an active subscription, the tool will still function, but access to any subscription-dependent features and services will be suspended until the subscription is renewed.

File Support and Dealer Services

KESS3 Slave tool owners receive tuning file support through VIEZU. As a Slave tool user, your tuning files are provided by a Master file provider — typically VIEZU. Files are fast, reliable, and built for your specific vehicle.

Our support team is available seven days a week to assist with ECU remapping, tuning files, training, and ongoing business support.

If you already have a preferred Master tuning provider, that works too. There's no obligation to join the VIEZU dealer network — purchase your KESS3 hardware, add the protocols you need, and let us know which Master tuner you're working with.

KESS3 Master

The Master version is designed for tuners who want to source files from multiple tuning file providers, or who write and develop their own tuning software. It offers broader access and greater flexibility for independent operators.
