This is a live, interactive session, and we’ll tailor it to your goals and experience level. Common topics include:

1) Tool overview + navigation

• How the software is laid out (menus, tabs, key screens)
• Where the most-used functions are located and how the workflow is structured
• What a typical job looks like from start to finish (connect → identify → read → save → write, etc.)

2) Vehicle selection, protocols, and “working family”

• How to identify the correct protocol / working family
• What the tool is asking you when it presents multiple options (and how to choose correctly)
• What information you should have ready before connecting to a vehicle

3) Connection methods (where applicable)

• OBD: what it’s used for, what to expect, and common limitations
• Bench: when it’s needed and what the setup generally involves
• Boot: when it’s required and what it typically looks like at a high level
• Best practices to reduce failed reads/writes and avoid preventable issues

4) Core functions you’ll actually use

• Read / Write workflows and what gets saved
• Common prompts, confirmations, and warnings—and what they mean
• File handling basics (how files are stored, named, and managed)

5) Additional features (tool-dependent)

• DTC functions (reading/clearing codes where supported)
• Datalogging / live data features (what you can view/log and practical use-cases)
• Other built-in utilities that may matter for your workflow
